Community of Practice Plus (CoP+)

Elevate’s Community of Practice Plus (CoP+) is a group of consistent contributors and practitioners of ERG Program Managers, Diversity & Inclusion Chief Officers, and ERG Leaders who deep dive on topics & challenges in their respective communities and have a continuity of ideas and insights.

Shared Insights. The cross-pollination of insights, ideas, and best practices synergize into the co-creation of “next” practices (fresh, innovative, and experimental ideas).

 

Deep dive. Active contributors and practitioners engage in interactive and deep discussions on key topics and challenges.

 

Improved performance. ERG and D&I practitioners enhance their performances as they learn from the community.

 

Leveraged continuity. The CoP+ forges new paths in thought leadership as it continually generates ideas and insights to create useful and applicable tools, and participates in ongoing, consistent discussions with key stakeholders.

Major stakeholders of Elevate’s CoP+ include diverse industries from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, major non-profits, and universities.

Three representatives from one organization (1 Program Manager & 2 ERG Leaders) are nominated & sponsored by their organization to attend in-person meetings, 3 times a year. CoP+ membership is by invitation only; there is no fee to be a member.
