Advisory Board

The Advisory Board for the Elevate ERG Economy convenes passionate ERG thought leaders to promote and develop the ERG Economy, which benefits the Workforce, Workplace, and Marketplace. Beyond a conventional gathering of leaders, this Advisory Board embodies an elevated community of practice, which culminates into a Community of Practice, Production & Pipeline (Co-Ps) for ERGs. The Co-Ps co-creates cross-industry, leading-edge insights, processes, tools, and strategies.

A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a focus area or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly. Elevate’s Community of Practice Plus (CoP+) is a group of consistent contributors and practitioners of ERG Program Managers, Diversity & Inclusion Chief Officers, and ERG Leaders who deep dive on topics & challenges in their respective communities and have a continuity of ideas and insights.
